All across the island

The provincial decides it needs a "Status of the Artist" policy.

Bad enough.

Then it convenes a committee from all across Newfoundland and Newfoundland to hash the idea out.

Labrador is an integral part of the province.

    Two of those artists are not even from the province! Yet none from Labrador. I am saddened, and I wish I was surprised.
