Take, for example, Appendix F.
Under the heading, "Project Schedule and Milestones", subheading "Muskrat Falls", item "Joint Review Panel Hearings"... they are projectedly-scheduled to be complete in "Q[uarter] 1 2011."
i.e., before the end of March.
