Danny the Compassionate
Danny Williams is not only a Great Lawyer™, he is a man of great compassion. As he said in his scrum this morning:
“As a lawyer, I’ve seen over the past years, sometimes people who have already been harmed or wronged go through long, prolonged litigation processes, and that can be just as hard for them some times.”So true. So true.

ahhh, one can only dream of living in a country, province, republic or whatever term you wish, where their "Glorious Leader" is the most compassionate person residing there. FFS, when are some reporters gonna get some balls. what an opportunity to ask williams doesn't he think Max Rueloke comes under the category of being "put out by undue litigation and harm"? no one seems to be willing to ruffle his feathers at all. his contradictions are endless but always unchecked.
R.J. Halley J.:
"Having considered the above, I find that the conduct of the Respondent (in relation to the Applicant) has been callous and "reprehensible" and is deserving of "reproof and rebuke"..."
That's what the court thought of Danny's compassion in its scathing analysis of his government's tactics in Ruelokke v. Newfoundland & Labrador
