    Okay - maybe the Ottawa weather has beaten me down these last two days and I'm tired - regardless, I'm tossing my vote to Ms Perry's statement as the "best suck up to The Big Guy for 2008".

    It has a shot of taking a place amongst pop cuture's finest lines
