Though at least there's reasons for the last two:
November: CFS NL branch launches 0 Interest campaign (which generates a lot of interest).
March: CFS NL branch hands in a large petition, supporting the campaign.
Reading the comments on the poll makes me want to gouge out my own eyes. Seems some people think no interest means no repayment at all. They... they do not understand interest.
