Libyan Leader May Visit Province

There's nothing official yet but word is Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi may make a stop in the province. The Libyan Embassy in Ottawa tells VOCM News there are preliminary talks about the leader possibly visiting Newfoundland and Labrador but nothing is confirmed on when or why he would be coming.

Well, as the BBC reports, there certainly are some striking similarities between the two regimes.

Must be time to dig into the old records of all the potentates, princes and assorted pissants and pederasts who traipsed through our little corner of the universe to meet with Our Joey.
