The Return of the Conjunction
This is interesting.
To some people, anyway.
Well, to one, at least.
In March 2007, the crown corporation which legally exists as Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, dutifully started referring to itself as "Newfoundland Labrador Housing (Housing)" for some mysterious reason.
In April 2011, it just as abruptly stopped doing so.

The ascendency of Kathy Dunderdale to the Premier's chair has raised, quite drastically, the level of grammar, diction and articulation in that office. Maybe it is having a trickle down effect through all of government.
