Harper Touring Flood Zone

Prime Minister Stephen Harper is touring the flood damaged areas of Conception Bay North and Placentia/Dunville this morning. It's a quick visit by helicopter since Harper is due for an event in Moncton, New Brunswick over the lunch hour. Premier Danny Williams wasn't notified and says that's unfortunate. Williams says he's doesn't think people will be fooled by the P-M's trip.

Now, since according to Danny, politicians only seem to tour disaster zones in order to try and fool people, the question remains: will those same people be fooled by Danny's trip?
