Parties Prepare to Kick Off Election CampaignsThey will be ready?
September 14, 2007
The PC Party may be riding high in the polls, but Election Campaign Chair Ross Reid says the biggest problem they have now is complacency. Reid says they'll be ready to officially kick off the campaign when the election writ is dropped in the next few days. He says doing well in the polls is even more reason for all candidates to get out and work hard. Reid says all Tory candidates have been given strict instructions to run a clean campaign.
You mean the Premier's Wednesday speech, qua Premier, in which he debuted his catchy, suitably-celtic campaign theme song, wasn't the kickoff?
