Memo to the Public Sector

In light of the following, it's too bad that The Most Accountable Government in the Galaxy has never bothered to publish Our Dear Premier's August 11th speech to the CAW convention in St. John's... the one in which he said public sector unions would be "rewarded" for something or another.
