Tracey Perry seems to be far more effective at getting PRIP money out of Williams Government than Oliver Langdon ever was. This has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Langdon was in opposition, and Perry has the good Fortune to sit on the Williams Government side of the House of Williams. After all, to suggest otherwise simply could not be further from the truth.
