Biggerexia strikes again

Over at the CBC comment boards, TheBigFish has some concerns:

We need a single Newfoundland and Labrador Health Care System, top to bottom.

But, how does 500,000 people, living in the biggest province in Canada, afford it? Damned if I know......

For the record, Newfoundland and Labrador, at 405,212 square kilometres, ranks seventh in size among the ten provinces.
