Momentum (X)

And finally in this round, a cross-Canada comparison of the per-capita provincial public-sector payroll in each province, according to preliminary 2009 data. The figure for Canada is the aggregated figure for the provincial public sector in the ten provinces.

This is not, I assume, an indication of wage comparison but rather that there are more per capita public employees.

Given that it is near universally accepted (in the House, in all parties, in the business community, etc.) that government employment = job creation = economic development = growth, the only thing that will alter this chart on a go-forward basis is some kind of economic catastophe. One which, of course, will be somebody else's fault.
