The Churchill Falls contract was entered into in 1969.

Bill Rowe was first elected in 1966.

Bill Rowe has no business — none — frothing at the mouth to challenge Morris from King's Point for his grasp on the facts.

Just so we're clear here: 1966 came before 1969.
