The Danny Denial Dictum

One of the first things you learn in lah skool, shortly after Carbolic Smoke Ball, a little before Haig v. Canada, is Deny, Deny, Deny.

Whenever Danny Williams says — as in, no, he's not pushing MHAs out of office in order to find a pretext for an early election; no, we don't want to collect own-source revenues and equalization both; or no, the timing of the energy plan has nothing to do with the election — that the posit in question "couldn't be further from the truth", then it probably is the truth.
