Memo to everyone

Never, ever, EVER send me anything by Purolator.

Or FedEx.

Sounds like you have had a delivery horror story...

Living in Northern Labrador I have had my share of horror mail delivery stories. But lately, apart for the 5 days late social security cheques recently, all has been going OK. Even had a small parcel from the states via USPS get here in quick time.

I had something shipped to me by Fedex once when I was still living in Goose Bay... I laughed at a friend of mine when he had something shipped to him by UPS in Lab City. It's a mistake everyone gets to make once, I guess.

When I was checking out shipping options for Christmas gifts this year (to Goose Bay, of course), Canada Post's estimates were shorter (around half of the expected delivery time) and less expensive (by about half the price).
