Loveless is the name of one of the best albums of the 1990s.

It is also the surname of the provincial Liberal candidate in the South Coast district of Fortune Bay-Cape La Hune.

It is the adopted variety of the married name of the country singer Patty Loveless.

And, with a slight spelling variant, the stage name of the late, um, film star, Linda Boreman.

So it is easy enough for a discriminating film connoisseur to not only confuse Patty and Linda, but also to speculate as to whether South Coast Elvis might be related, through the vast Newfoundland diaspora, to Linda the, um, film star.
