According to Telegram commenter J M (A FORMER PC), Dear Leader now allows his cabinet ministers to make decisions!
Our once Charasmatic leader is SLIPPING, and allowing a very incompetent bunch of sheep (his ministers) make decisions that will not not only bankrupt this province but cause undue hardship and possibly death to the people of Newfoundland and Labrador.

But at no point is the guy who picked the ministers or who now allowed the sheep to think ever considered responsible for his actions.
Fascinating.
Why would he be? After all, he doesn't consider himself responsible.
Just listen to how he phrases Bad Stuff. He never says something like "I made a mistake". It's always a passive construction ("mistakes were made") or an impersonal one ("there were mistakes").
