Another lose end to tie up: here is the chronological graph of the total number of WilliamsGovernment-y press releases since the magic words first made their appearance in 2005, showing the remarkable upswing in WG activity in 2010, when levels peaked at more than one per government business day. It's almost as if someone was afraid people would forget whose government it was or something:
