The PC Party election platform provincial energy plan is to be unveiled, finally, tomorrow.

The media lock-in terms are kinda interesting:

Interested representatives of the media can participate in a media lock-in starting at 10:15 a.m. in the Quidi Vidi Room, to the right of the main reception hall. Government officials will be available to answer questions of a technical nature prior to the news conference.

The lock-in starts barely one hour before the news conference starts, which means either that the government doesn't want to give reporters a meaningful amount of time to scour the document before being given an opportunity to grill the Premier and the Natural Resources minister, whoever that is; or the plan is an exceptionally thin document that can be fully reviewed, with questions answered, in less than 75 minutes.

Or both.
