What they said (X)

Some more insight from the comments sections of the Advertiser:
Casey B. from GFW, NL writes: I have to ask ,did this government actively look for a buyer for the paper mill , with free power and free wood you would think it would generate interest from someone. The government offered AbitibiBowater up to $170 million to keep Stephenville running, what was offered here? We were led down the garden path ,like lambs to the slaughter.

Ken from Nl. writes: No Casey Danny didn't look for a buyer. Its not his mill. he didn't expropriate it nor would he ever want to. There is No free wood as you suggest. It comes at a cost. The indusry is in a mess globally. Do some research.
